Our Founder

 

Sales & Sensibility was founded in 2006 by Fiona Challis and is based in Berkshire. Fiona is a professionally Trained Corporate & Personal Coach, has an INLPTA accredited diploma in NLP and is a Licensed Trainer for The Coaching Academy, Europe’s largest coach Training organisation. Fiona became a coach as she is passionate about helping others & organisations explore & achieve their true potential and to share her knowledge & experience about a subject she loves.

Prior to retraining as a coach Fiona spent most of her professional career in Sales leadership, working for prestigious companies such as Yellow Pages & McAfee International amongst others. She thoroughly enjoyed her 10 years + in Sales Leadership, she had a lot of fun, achieved fantastic results, earned a lot of money and got to work with & learn from some of the greatest Sales leaders in the industry. However she also learnt one extremely important lesson…HOW NOT TO MANAGE PEOPLE! That & her very strong belief in the coaching process is what inspired her to found Sales & Sensibility Coaching , an exclusive corporate & executive coaching company specifically for sales organisations.

Our team consists of professionally trained corporate coaches, personal coaches, sales trainers and a motivational speaker. Prior to retraining as coaches/trainers the people on our team had held senior sales management posts and held a high level of responsibility. With every member of our team having at least 10 years sales leadership experience you can be confident that we have the relevant commercial experience and professional coaching skills to teach and equip your sales teams with the tools, techniques and skills needed to build and sustain a high performance sales culture.
